Old Digitech System

Customer called about 15 of their keypads not working after the concrete had been cut up and replaced.  YEP! Cable was cut.  I was able to trace the cables once the cut was fixed, but I could not get the keypad next inline to communicate.  I finally removed the keypad and replaced it with a known good keypad.  The known good keypad worked fine.  I had to do this on multiple occasions because at least 6 of the keypads were non-functioning.  I also found that 3 of them had the same address.  When all was said and done, I was able to secure the buildings and provide at least two working keypads per building.
